You may create an account with your name, email address, and a password, or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. One person or entity per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Your content, your ownership

Any content you create, upload, or save belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it. By using the Service you grant us only the limited, technical right to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the features you use, for example storing a saved project so you can reopen it later. We don't use your content to train models, sell it, or license it to third parties.

You're responsible for the content you create and store using the Service. Don't use the Service to create or store content you don't have the right to use, or anything illegal, infringing, or harmful.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or distribute malware, or to attack other users or systems
• Try to access another user's account, files, or data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or a third party's rights
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Intellectual property

The Service itself, its code, design, branding, and features, belongs to Redline Tool or its licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure to operate (hosting, database, email delivery, sign-in, and basic usage analytics, see the Privacy Policy for the current list). Those providers have their own terms and availability, which can affect the Service.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including free features, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or applicable law. On deletion, your account and saved projects are removed according to the retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available without interruption.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Redline Tool will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the version date above; continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes, we may also ask existing account holders to re-accept before continuing to use certain features.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a different rule is required by law where you live.
